Document handling in a construction or IP litigation can be very extensive. Lengthy mandates (> 10 years) are difficult to handle and a good overview of the progress of such a mandate is essential. This solution digitizes all imported documents and converts them into machine-readable form. This process is followed by a thorough analysis of the predefined entities (metadata). This metadata forms the basis for detailed reporting and controlling of all phases in the lifecycle of a mandate.
In addition to structuring a mandate, the lawyer can concentrate on working with the mandate: Creating notes and markings, collaborating with colleagues and clients, creating extracts and handing them over to the court - status 2021.
A legal case management solution with AI-driven security. Users can easily focus on complex legal scenarios. Smooth collaboration between all parties.
The analysis can handle up to 5 million documents in one user account. OCR and machine learning algorithms work seamlessly in the background to help users get the best overview by structuring their data with tools and custom views in different contexts.
The process of analysis runs in the background and is not transparent. In the interviews, users emphasized the desire for control and trust in the content. Ease of use and interface are reduced to the essentials (trust) and the analysis result is largely configurable (control).
